  8. 4GL tool.  It provides a high productivity, interactive development
  9. environment which is portable across multiple platforms (UNIX, VMS, and
  10. MS-DOS).  SuperNOVA supports a variety of network protocols (TCP/IP, StarLAN,
  11. and X.25), character-based and graphical user interfaces (MS-Windows, Motif,
  12. and OpenLook), and database management systems.  SuperNOVA supports the
  13. following database and file interfaces:  DB2/6000, RDB, Informix, Oracle,
  14. Sybase, Ingres, Teradata, HP-Allbase, EDA/SQL (for access to EDA/SQL supported
  15. mainframe databases), Xbase, ODBC, C-Isam, in-core memory files and flat
  16. files.
